Outstanding Partner ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Outstanding Partner mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We do not use your information for advertising, selling to third parties, or training AI models.
Your account data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase, built on PostgreSQL) in a managed data center. Access is restricted per user by row-level security, so one account can never read another account's data. All communication uses TLS encryption, and data is encrypted at rest.
A copy of your current data is also cached on your device so the App is fast and usable offline; it re-syncs with your account when you're online.
Your data is retained until you delete it via "Reset All Data", delete your account, or request deletion by email. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, app data, and subscription records from our systems.
We do not use advertising networks or data brokers.
Outstanding Partner is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
California (CCPA): you may request to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). EU/UK (GDPR): our lawful basis is your consent, which you may withdraw any time by deleting your data.
We conduct regular security reviews and will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering any data breach.
When we update this policy we will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
